Point Polaris has recently been appointed to the new Moreville development in up-and-coming Footscray. Situated on the edge of the Maribyrnong River, Moreville aims to recreate the village atmosphere of its trendy neighbour, Yarraville. It looks like it’s already making quite the impact with more than 55 per cent of the impressive project already sold.
